By using MakeYourFilm you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MakeYourFilm generates short films from text (and optional images) using third-party AI models. Output quality varies; we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose.

Your content

You retain rights in your prompts and films subject to licenses needed to operate the service (host, process, display). You must have rights to any reference images you upload. Do not submit illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

AI output

Generated films may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or commercial use. AI-generated media may require disclosure under applicable law.

Accounts & quotas

You are responsible for credentials. Free and paid tiers have generation limits. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
