AI generation & training

MakeYourFilm uses third-party generative models to plan shots, synthesize stills, and render video. Outputs are machine-generated and may require disclosure when you publish or distribute them.

Your inputs

Prompts, director notes, and cast photos are sent to model providers to produce your film. We do not sell your creative inputs. Provider data-handling is governed by their terms and our contracts with them.

Training on your content

We do not intentionally train our own foundation models on customer films. Where a provider offers an opt-out from training, we prefer enterprise / API terms that restrict training. Contact us if you need a written data processing addendum.

Transparency

Published films on MakeYourFilm should be understood as AI-assisted works. Additional watermarking / machine-readable provenance may be added as regulations evolve (e.g. EU AI Act transparency obligations).
